Theta Phi Delta Scholarship Application Form

The OEA Foundation offers the Theta Phi Delta Scholarship of $1,500 to a student who is currently enrolled at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and who intends to complete his/her education at that institution. The candidate need not be a top scholar but must be earning a part of his/her college expenses. There is no restriction as to the area of study. The grant will be furnished to the successful candidate in August. To apply you may complete and submit this form -OR- send a completed hard copy to: OEA Foundation 4202 South 57th Street Omaha, NE 68117 by Thursday, March 11, 2010. No application received after this date will be considered.
