Form C8 should be completed if you are applying for the Sharon Engelhart Memorial Scholarship - $750 Requirements: You must be a graduating senior of the Omaha Public Schools, a former student of Sunny Slope Elementary School who attended that school for a period of at least three years, and will pursue a post-secondary education. The applicant must also rank in the top one-third of the class.
