Form C3 must be completed to apply for the Dorothy Seward Memorial Scholarships (2) - $1,000 each The applicant must pursue a post-secondary education in the field of Elementary Education, and must be a son/daughter/grandchild of a member of the Omaha Education Association, Omaha Education Association-Retired or the NSEA affiliated Omaha Administrators Association members who are former OEA members.
