GoalsThe Omaha Education Association has established seven major goal areas for the association and several objectives under each goal area. The OEA Board of Directors continues to focus the efforts of the Association toward attaining these Goals and Objectives. The goal areas are:I. Improve Economic Security of Members II. Promote a Strong United Education Association III. Promote Governmental and Legislative Support for Public Education IV. Establish a Positive Public Image for all Educators V. Promote and Protect Human and Civil Rights VI. Promote and Develop Professional Excellence VII. Protect the Professional Rights of Members |
